Mariane brings 17 years of professional experience spanning accounting, recruitment, and business operations. With 5 years in financial accounting and over a decade of specialist recruitment expertise, she has built one of the most extensive networks into Filipino professional talent.

As CEO of Task-Wise VA Consultancy Inc., Mariane leads a team that has delivered thousands of successful placements across hundreds of clients in Australia, the United States, and South-East Asia. Her approach is hands-on, relationship-driven, and focused on long-term partnerships rather than transactional recruitment.

Mariane is also co-founder of WorkSync Opum Solutions and has built a community of over 23,000 accounting professionals through her Filipino Accountants network. She has mentored over 1,000 professionals throughout her career, helping them build international careers.
